Now what I want you to see not only the Character God requires but the Choice that God respects.

Did you know God allows us to choose wicked leaders? He gives us that choice. God set his standards but God allows people to choose wicked leaders, contrary to Gods on will.  Hosea 8:4 “They set up kings, but not by Me; They made princes, but I did not acknowledge them.” Friends this is what God says. That is what we mean when we say that we get the kind of leaderships we deserve. Samuel said to Israel in I Samuel 8:18 “And you will cry out in that day because of your king whom you have chosen for yourselves, and the Lord will not hear you in that day.”

God says you are going to choose a king and you are going to choose a wrong king and then your going to cry out to me and say God have MERCY! Your going to cry out to Me and God say’s I will not hear you, because of the king you have chosen.
